This week saw the completion of a large canvas entitled 'Jenn' for the National Portrait Gallery Competition in 2016. This work has been building for a couple of weeks and shows my sitter - a girl with a certain attitude - contemplating her next step towards getting dressed. The model was professional dancer and had the most amazing pre-Raphaelite hair. More pictures of Jenn to come later this year.  

Hello and welcome to my new website. I've finally bitten the bullet and made an on-line shop so that its easier for all my clients to see and purchase work. Over the next few weeks and months I'll be posting up short articles about my practice and showcasing new work from the studio at Hope Hall.  In addition to my original oil paintings, you'll be able to purchase from a growing catalogue of art prints. The first of these is 'The Glass Sands' and comes as an A3 print with 5cm white border.
